LiL ' History

For past three years the Lace Grace & Gears Rally brought women together from all over the United States (and even some from abroad) in a show of sisterhood and solidarity.  What started as an attempt to break a record for women on motorcycles turned into a uniquely bonded family of women who have built forever friendships and created lifelong memories.  We’ve laughed together,  cried together…and we’ve even danced in the rain and mud together.  We’ve shown up, lined up, and paraded as many as 800+ women bikers through the towns of Beaumont, Bandera and Llano.  In addition to that, these ladies have collectively donated approximately $37,000 to various charities since 2016.

2019 brought about a change when the rally founder announced that the LGG rally would no longer continue.  In an attempt to preserve the foundation and continue the sisterhood we hold dear, 'Mamacita' took the reins and the Ladies in Leather Parade & Rally was born.

The highlight of rally weekend is always the "Ladies in Leather Parade."   We line up, get an official parade count, then roll the thundering parade through our host town in unison.  While men are invited to join us at the rally and  Convention Center, the parade ride is a WOMEN ONLY event.  Please invite your men, your family, and your friends to post up on the parade route and cheer us on!   Ladies bring your mothers, your daughters, your neighbors and your friends who ride.  Invite other lady riders you see to come and be a part of the LARGEST ALL FEMALE MOTORCYCLE PARADE in the United States!  Come and experience the unique feeling of being surrounded by strong, beautiful, courageous women of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds.  We ride united as one sisterhood...and as women making a difference through motorcycling.
